You can:

See what's that big nosed thing behind the big bone
Enter the caves.
Pick up a shiny thing on the floor.

You enter the caves and you notice that there's a door with a keywhole.
Unfortunatly, you don't have the Caves key, so you need to turn back.
While you go back, you identify the big-nosed object as a Teensie!

Enter the caves
Talk to the Teensie
See what was that shiny object.

How did you guess?

Anyways, the door opened ina great noise, and the Teensie behind you gave you a Anti-Invincibility potion, witch makes Knaaren un-invincible.
You can use it 5 times. You continue the caves and see a knaaren sleeping. What do you do?

Wake up Knaaren
Look around

Ahhh!The Knaarens are jumping down from the hole!

By looking around, you saw a Matuvus, witch pointed the right way to go.
(Pointed with the

emoticon.)
Also, too many knaaren jumped down the hole, so the floor auto destructed and the knaaren falled, and there is no way of going back, also no way of surprising you.
